Paris, exactly one year ago we had the time of our lives, me, my husband. It amazes me how easy it is for life to take a U-turn when we haven’t steered it once. New Country did not take him well. We enjoyed the attractions while having food outside everyday for 23 days. Only if we could have not. It taught me the importance of healthy eating, clean eating. No one expected it. The complexity in simplicity amuses me. But his demise brings me out to the greater problem, I wanted to help, but how?

In my late 30’s I completed my degree of Health and Social Care and took special interest in healthy cooking. The departure from life is my arrival to a new destination where I plan to help everyone who is interested in taking care of themselves and live a happy life. Optimism surrounds me as the people I love and the new people I connect to due to my goal, have given thoroughly assuring reviews.

My initial thoughts on this book are that it is an excellent starting point for anyone looking to make a change in their life or lifestyle. It's not overly complicated, sticks to the basics, and doesn't make unrealistic promises. Adele does an excellent job of explaining how to improve oneself while doing so for the rest of one's life.
